Netherlands LP’s

NETHERLANDS L.P.’s

Many albums were released in The Netherlands.

First release, in 1967: Two albums with two different titles but with the same tracks.

On the vinyl of DDDBM&T we find the text:        886 194 1 Y 670 P 1967 11 1
On the vinyl  of What’s In A Name we find text: 886 194 1Y 670 P 1967 11 5

So we may assume that the album DDDBM&T was released sooner

GREATEST HITS

Philips 68 41 153 (not mentioned on the cover, only on the vinyl)

The cover of this album was made for The Netherlands. The vinyl inside is from the Spanish release of the  ‘Musica De La Rock’ series. The tracklisting on the Dutch backcover is incorrect. The sixth track of side 1 (Don Juan) is not mentioned.
On the frontcover it does mention Don Juan.
Look at the cover: No Fontana label number is mentioned. Probably sales in Spain were disappointed and much vinyl was left over. A new sleeve, a new album. In the Netherlands Don Juan was a huge hit at that time! That’s why it got released in the Netherlands wíth the Spanish vinyl.
